CTOUCH introduces a new range of large interactive LED touch displays this September. The new line, named Leddura, will be available in; 47″, 55″, 65″, 70″ and 80″. Leddura is 4 or 10 point touch and can be set up with intuitive gestures like we know on smart phones or tablets from Apple (iPhone/ iPod/ iPad) and Samsung (Galaxy/ S). It has an ultra slim design, rounded corners and a brushed aluminum frame which gives it a modern look and feel. On top of that the Leddura reduces energy cost by 50 percent in comparison with a conventional LCD screen. CTOUCH has got the most complete range in professional large format touch displays.
“In the market of innovative products you have to keep developing”, says Francois Barlinckhoff CEO CTOUCH. “We do this by listening to our customers and translate the feedback to functionality, specifications and design”, he continuous, “that’s how we manage to stay ahead of the competition”.
Optical Sensing
CTOUCH Leddura uses ‘Optical Sensing technology’. The technology guarantees a fast and precise control. The Leddura is also easy to operate and gestures are equal to what we know from Apple or Samsung.
Multi touch
Due to the use of cameras in the edge of the display, finger, pen or hand movements are registered extremely accurate when touching the display. You can work with up to 10 fingers (hands) at the same time on the screen.
CTOUCH products are plug and play and don’t need installation software or licenses. Every computer with an usb connection (Windows, Mac or Linux) can easy be connected. There are many sectors in which interactive systems can contribute: Education, business, fairs & exhibitions, hospitals, television broadcasters, government, travel / transport, retail, etc.
The displays standards come with three-year full warranty (optional five years) and are available from October 2012 in the Benelux. The roll-out to other European countries will follow in early 2013.
